Paul Wolfowitz, a Bush selection for the World Bank, took advantage of his position and gave raises and promotions to his girlfriend. Gee George, what’s going on with your choice of appointments. All I can think of is your “You’re doing a great job Brownie†during the Katrina debacle. Your record of the kind of people that you select, is pretty bad. Wolfowitz and Brown are only two in a long string of rejects.
People at the World Bank are calling for Wolfowitz’s resignation but lo and behold the Prez is standing behind him just like he did with Rumsfeld. I can’t wait to see who or what’s next. This little blog is only my one cents worth…Joan Lough
