No matter how you feel about this war, our troops deserve to be remembered this holiday season with gifts, E-mail and letters. They are far from home and loved ones and under stress from multiple redeployments. They are doing a heroic job no matter how they feel about their life in Iraq and Afghanistan. There are many organizations who are making Christmas boxes and could use donations. While I do not support this war, I continue to support our troops. If you do not have a loved one directly involved in the war, find a neighbor who does and send a remembrance or a word of encouragement.
