I have finally hit the wall with political debates. I have thrown up my hands and said let the “chips fall where they may”. I really heard nothing new last night. I can only hope that whoever the Democratic candidate is, that he or she can defeat McCain. I agree that McCain has a lot to bring to the office of president but his hawkish attitude has turned me off. especially his stance on long term “occupation” of Iraq. It may be difficult for me to hold my tongue but from now until the election I’ll turn my attention to social issues and local issues. This blog gives me a chance to keep aware of what is going on around me and also to let off steam on issues that I have opinions, either for or against. I’ll keep my web domain name while I search for a better one after the election, when Bush gets “shucked”.
