The surge in Baghdad is causing some insurgents to move their carnage away from the capital. The plan to embed our troops with Iraqi army troops in outposts have placed them in greater danger. Ten soldiers were killed over the weekend. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. It makes me sick to watch Bush tell the nation that the surge is working. Working for whom, the insurgents? How do we put a lid on the escalating car bombing. I say move the troops out of harms way. Bush accuses congress of trying to run the war from DC. Isn’t that what Bush is doing? It’s not working in the field Mr. President. Our losses are growing daily. The gallant forces are trying to do what is asked of them against hate filled extremists. Get them out of there…Joan Lough
